Justin's construction journey began as a landscaper constructing multimillion-dollar landscapes in Sydney before transitioning to carpentry and building. He has worked extensively across the construction industry, handling projects ranging from $20,000 to $65 million.

Marketing Manager

Before stepping into roles as a marketing manager and digital marketing manager, Angeline Arcinas Aguilar honed her skills over five years as a communications coach, training analyst, and customer care associate at top BPOs in the Philippines. Recognized as an NPS Customer Service Ambassador, she now excels in client relations management and digital marketing. Her client-oriented focus encompasses strategies such as enhancing social media presence and customer interactions, covering areas like lead generation, business and account management, social media handling, blog and newsletter creation, website curation, graphic design, and customer relations. She is devoted to her family, happily married, and a mother of three lovely children. Her time is dedicated to nurturing and caring for her loved ones. She enjoys engaging in practical arts and experimenting with creative hair and makeup as hobbies during her leisure hours.

Site Foreman | Project Manager

Elliott Jaggers is a dedicated Site Foreman/Project Manager at CBI Construction PTY LTD, with a wealth of experience spanning 6 years in the dynamic construction industry. His professional journey began in 2018, leading him to achieve esteemed trade qualifications in 2022. Elliot's career progression showcases his unwavering commitment; starting as a labourer during school breaks, he transitioned to the role of an estimating cadet in commercial construction. Fueled by a passion for hands-on work, he pursued a carpentry apprenticeship in residential construction, further honing his skills.

During his apprenticeship, Elliot diligently pursued education and earned a Certificate IV in Building and Construction. In recent years, Elliot has successfully managed various projects as a foreman, demonstrating particular expertise in overseeing architectural residential endeavors. Besides his professional endeavors, Elliot enjoys engaging in Aussie rules games with his manly wolves. He also values time spent with friends and family, always ready for new adventures life presents.

Site Foreman

Jarreau McLean serves as a Site Foreman at CBI Construction PTY LTD, boasting 8 years of experience in the construction sector. Since commencing his career in January 2017, he successfully obtained both his Certificate III and Certificate IV in 2020. Jarreau has collaborated with esteemed companies such as BNT Constructions, MPD Constructions, Carty Homes, TPS & Co. Constructions, BarryBuilt, and CBI Constructions. His professional journey spans from an apprentice involved in projects valued at $1-2 million to a Leading Hand overseeing projects ranging from $3-5 million. Beyond his professional endeavors, Jarreau derives pleasure from quality time with friends, family, and his partner, and maintains an active lifestyle through running and swimming. Currently, he is dedicated to acquiring a home, initiating a family, and furthering his expertise in carpentry to elevate his construction skills in Australia.

Precious is a highly skilled and dedicated Admin Assistant with over 3 years of experience in executive administration. She is well-regarded for her exceptional attention to detail, organizational expertise, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
