Our client? An architect with a vision for a modern, eco-friendly, fully sustainable treehouse. Together, we dove into every single detail to make this dream come true. So, how did we tackle this challenge? Well, building an eco-friendly home is our jam, but crafting this treehouse meant we needed a master plan that harmonizes with Mother Nature. We didn't just slap on a pretty design; we were like environmental ninjas, ensuring every detail blended seamlessly with the outdoors.
Next up, we needed an airtight construction method—because nobody wants a treehouse that leaks! Airtight construction keeps moisture and humidity at bay, which is crucial since daily activities can turn your cozy abode into a condensation factory. Once we nailed down our approach, we started from scratch with a timber frame. We spiced things up with a sleek 45mm snapline roofing system and contemporary axon cladding. Oh, and custom-built doors? Yes, please! Because every treehouse needs a personal touch, right?
To add a sprinkle of finesse, we integrated some fabulous laminex panels. They’re durable, stylish, and come with a buffet of design options—from timeless classics to modern patterns. We made sure to mix in other materials that fit the vibe, planned to perfection.
